吉姆·布勞德本特將主演新片[一個人的朝聖](The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry，暫譯)。希提·麥克唐納(《正常人》)執導。該片改編自蕾秋·喬伊斯撰寫的同名暢銷書，講述哈羅德·弗萊(布勞德本飾)收到20年未見的好友奎妮的一封信，奎妮患了癌症，寫信告別。震驚、悲痛之下，哈羅德寫了回信，在寄出的路上，他由奎妮想到了自己的人生，經過了一個又一個郵筒，越走越遠，最後，他從英國最西南一路走到了最東北，橫跨整個英格蘭。87天，627英裏，隻憑一個信念：隻要他走，老友就會活下去。
